STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions with Deallmart. By placing an order, the client accepts the following conditions in full and waives the application of their own terms and conditions, even if submitted after these have been provided. Any deviation from these terms must be explicitly agreed upon in writing by Deallmart in advance.
- Payment Terms
Invoices issued by Deallmart are payable within 21 working days, unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order confirmation.
In case of non-payment by the due date:
A fixed interest charge of 10% on the outstanding balance will apply.
Deallmart reserves the right to suspend all services without prior notice until full payment is received.
If a payment remains unpaid 60 days past the due date:
Deallmart reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency.
All costs incurred, including legal and collection fees, will be charged to the client.
- Withholding Tax and Local Legislation
Some jurisdictions require withholding taxes on invoice amounts per their domestic tax laws. In such cases:
The client is solely responsible for remitting these taxes to their local authorities.
Deallmart will not be liable for such payments, and the invoice amount remains fully payable.
- Service Commitment
Deallmart commits to providing high-quality services within agreed timelines. However:
Our obligation is one of means, not results.
Deallmart shall not be held liable for any indirect damages or claims brought against the client by end consumers.
Deallmart is not liable to act as a third party in such disputes.
- Claims and Disputes
All complaints must be:
Submitted in writing via recorded delivery to Deallmart’s registered office.
Sent within 8 days of receiving the goods or services.
Late claims may not be considered.
- Governing Law
All contracts and transactions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
